Jerry Richardson is a communications consultant with a broad background in training, executive coaching, and organizational development. and a graduate of Princeton University. While this is not an NLP™ book per se, it covers many of the strategies and techniques of NLP™. He teaches what rapport is and how to get it, the art of clear communication, the art of persuasion and dealing with resistance.
